ORDERING INFO

We invite you to compare our prices and quality and come see our stone in person. One of the things you have probably found as you shop around is that prices for our competitors may be hard to find out. Our prices are listed in our brochures and on our website. Due to fuel cost increases we now have a $50-$100 delivery charge depending on location and size of order. Custom coloring can also add between $.25 and $.75 a square foot.

Depending on the size of your order, your stone may be available immediately or may require some time to manufacture so please give us as much advance notice as you can when planning your projects.

We are constantly making new colors and adding new patterns so check back to this site often or make an appointment to see our patterns in person.

Appalachian Manufactured Stone is generally open 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, and we will also be open some Saturday mornings during the spring and summer. Please call to ensure our sales rep will be present if you plan to stop by.

Due to delivery schedules, it is best to call before coming to our warehouse. However, sample boards can be viewed outside the shop entrance at any time.

EFFECTIVE March 15th, 2008 we will have a slight price increase to compensate for our Raw Material increases over the past 2 years. Our New prices are: $5.40/ square foot and $6.75/ linear foot.
Even with these increases we continue to be the most affordable stone around with the same great quality.

Return Policy
While we strive to be the best in customer service and give personal attention we have a no return policy. We attempted this at first and without fail have gotten back stone that was scratched or damaged in some way. This policy also makes sure that you get 100% top quality stone every time with minimal damages due to shipping and handling. Many of our jobsites have used 100% of the stone delivered and others have had an average of 1%-2% waste- so measure and order accordingly.
